The display can't find my phone
Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network or hotspot, allow Local Network access for both apps in iOS Settings, then open pairing on the display and enter the code in Tipshower Driver within two minutes.
I don't get alerts while Uber is open
Start screen sharing from Tipshower Driver and choose the app to watch. Check that notifications are allowed for Tipshower Driver in iOS Settings, that Focus and silent modes aren't hiding them, and that Live Activities are on.
The verdict says "Unknown"
It means a number the app needs couldn't be read with confidence, so it won't guess. Open the ride in History to see which value was missing, and send us the screenshot if it happens repeatedly.
Where is my data?
On your device only. See the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app deletes the data.
Does Tipshower accept or decline rides for me?
No. It shows you a verdict, and you decide in the other app. It doesn't control other apps. Rideshare companies have their own rules about third-party tools, so read the terms of the platforms you drive for.
Subscriptions and refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
